Jerry is a great realtor! He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the Nashville area. He kept us posted every step of the way from when we listed until we closed. We would certainly use Jerry again if we ever need a realtor in the Nashville area.

It was one of my best decisions to use Jerry Siefert to sell my home. Knowing the market Jerry suggested a list price that was aggressive but still marketable. We had 2 offers within 24 hrs, one which was 2k above asking. During the sale I could relax knowing Jerry’s a licensed contractor and a seasoned Realtor. He is very good at resolving issues that come up during a sale.
